Book an Appointment
For your first physiotherapy appointment, please call to book. We need to have an initial assessment before scheduling subsequent treatments. This is the same for a new/different injury/condition, or if it’s been more than 3 months since your last physiotherapy appointment.
Please note that acupuncture, dry needling (IMS), shockwave, vestibular rehab (vertigo), and pelvic health treatments all fall under “Physiotherapy”.
If you can’t find your preferred time through our online booking site, please call, as we may be able to accommodate you over the phone.
Please call to book for physiotherapy treatments billed to WCB, Alberta Health Services, or Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance.

Physiotherapy
As a primary caregiver, a physiotherapist is a registered health care practitioner who can assess, diagnose, and treat your injury through a combination of methods that may include, for example: manual therapy; manipulation; acupuncture & dry needling; modalities such as radial shockwave, ultrasound, heat/cold and electrotherapy; and/or exercise prescription. Education plays a vital role in physiotherapy. The goal of physiotherapy is to return you to your optimal function and strength, while resolving unpleasant symptoms and educating you about your injury. This enables you to independently maintain a healthy body without the constant supervision of a therapist.
Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals committed to restoring and maintaining optimal health and pain-free function of the body. They are educated and trained to accurately assess and treat with techniques that include relaxation & therapeutic massage along with patient education and basic rehabilitative exercise such as stretching, strengthening, postural correction.
